GOODMONSTER

Goodmonster is a Sydney folk-rock band with teeth. Led by songwriter and frontman Dylan Reisch, who grew up on the Hawkesbury River learning to tell stories shaped by tides, estuaries and long stretches of quiet water. Their music is built on stark light and deep shadow, confessions wrapped in grit, guitar and ghostly reverberation. Alongside Dylan are Oguz and Jake, two quiet geniuses who anchor the sound with instinct and precision. The songs wrestle with the monsters that trail us: doubt, desire and the parts of ourselves we try to outrun. 

Their next EP, The Wolf is Young (2025), completes the trilogy begun with Beautiful Illusion (2023) and Same Dream (2022). It reveals the sound they have been chasing.
